Opencert admin website unable to detect hardware token

Hi,

My users have reported that they are not able to connect to opencerts admin website using edge, firefox and chrome since yesterday.
The hardware token are connected and ready.
Please advise. Thank you.

console logs, which ledger, browser versions, anything that can give more insights

We are using Ledger Nano S cryptocurrency hardware wallet
The browser the user use is Firefox 97.0.1

if the user use firefox, please use https://firefox.admin.opencerts.io (the above screenshot is not using the firefox version)
if the user use chrome, please use https://admin.opencerts.io

from what I understand, oc admin is moving to https://new.admin.opencerts.io, hardware wallet is to be connected via metamask browser extension

if you are still facing problems with hardware ledger, please contact the respective hardware ledger for their support
