I've just noticed that I occasionally use the term "artefact" and not "artifact" (see section 1.5 in the model provisions, for example). This is the preferred spelling in British English, but I note that OpenChain 2.1 itself uses "Artifact" in line with US usage, and we should be consistent and adopt "Artifact" throughout.
