Submitting a multithreaded job via PBS scheduler

Dear GATE users,

I am trying to run a multithreaded Gate 10 simulation on an HPC cluster.

test004_simple_mt.py, which has sim.number_of_threads = 5:

• runs to completion when I run the script directly
• fails with the error "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" when submitted as a batch job using #PBS -l select=1:ncpus=5
• runs without issue when I set sim.number_of_threads = 1 and sim.force_multithread_mode = False

I would appreciate any advice on properly configuring PBS parameters and the environment to run a multithreaded GATE simulation on a cluster.
