Add SOL Staking options #35
Description
- staking options like marinade SOL, jito SOL
- this is different from lending pools, only available for SOL
- eg https://www.jito.network/staking/
- I think it would make sense to just add a "Protocol" that returns these staking pools for SOL, no need to have 1 protocol per provider
