resolve classes
---------------
iterate over all class decls:
1) class C without templatge args, and without "ignore" flag:
localmap = {}
C = Resolved(name, methods, typedefmap, cinstmap, localmap)
2) class with template args. iterate over all instance decls
Ci :=...
localmap = { targ -> type ,.. }
Ci = Resolved(name, methods, typedefmap, cinst map, localmap)
Resolved(...):
1) overwrite typedefs with local_map and resolve all type decls

( no need to use tinstance map, as c++ lib does nothing now about
these !)
2) resolve known aliases:

X : wrapped type
C : known class with templates (eg std container)
D : known class without templates, like "int" above
Z : wrapped type with targs
Y : declared but not wrapped type without targs
A : declared but not wrapped type with targss

X # wrapped type
C[int] # stdcontainer of std type
C[X] # stdcontainer of wrapped type
C[Y] # iiner type not wrapped -> ERROR
Z[int] # wrapped type with stddef type arg
