Quotas are not being properly displayed on FSunstone (missing colours on quota panel). It is working on RSunstone.
Following is an example of VM Quotas configyured for Group_ID 109:

To Reproduce
1-Configure VM Quota for Memory and CPU via API, CLI or Sunstone.
2-The quotas will be displayed on CLI or RSunstone and also FSunstone, but on this last one istoo difficult as the quota colour are not displayed on the quota panel.
Expected behavior
Quotas colours displayed on FSunstone quota panel. Right now is not user friendly, is just white and grey for evey quota.
