Steps to reproduce

1. Open a specific Ocad map file (works)
2. Try to Save-As in an Ocad12 format

Thank you for reporting this issue.
I assume that this error is the same as described in #2118 (and #2015, #2012). There is a workaround for being able to export the map file.
