Wrong language in date picker (stdcm)

What happened?

In the date picker, days (and probably month) are displayed always in english and don't take account of the selected language.

What did you expect to happen?

When app is in french, we should see "L M M J V S D" in the days rows.
Same for month : AVR instead of APR for example

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Open the date picker
