Who would benefit from this feature?

End users

What is this feature about?

Today, to cancel a fixed time in the train input table, the user has to cancel hours, minutes end second one by one.
It should work just by suppressing the whole time

Why is this feature valuable?

Make easier to cancel a fixed time in the input timetable
