Schemati API #1
Comments
i could help with it if i can idk depends how you do it |
has anything been decided yet? |
We haven't officially discussed anything. This merely exists as an idea at the moment. |
If staff don't want to do it themselves maybe the rest of the community can do it? We could try and do it. |
I want to even if its in 3 months |
You're more than welcome to fork Schemati and try to design something. |
ok thanks ill try when i have time |
Idea that has been brought up by several ORE members: An API that would allow you to upload schematics (to your own account) programmatically.
Example use case:
You have a redstone CPU and an assembler and a ROM schematic generator for it. You want to debug your program, make changes to it and try it out on the CPU.
Currently, you have to upload the updated ROM schematic manually through the Schemati web interface every time you make a change. The API would allow that to be automated as well, so that all you have to do after saving the modified assembly file is to run your assembler + schematic generator + uploader combo and do
//load program
