+For Fifth Rows that have <span style="background-color: yellow">yet</span> to make a purchase of their approved items for the approved events, you are highly advised not to purchase your items anymore. Do the following steps:

+1. File your claims.
+2. Attach your receipts, fifth row name and approved items. Indicate your cluster that you belong to also for easier reading.
+3. Make sure your total amount of items tally in quantity and price!
