[Bug]: multiple signature and other fields not populating when signed

Issue Description

when requesting multiple signatures from a single signer on a document as well as other fields such as date, once the signer finishes the document, only the first signature field populates in the document, and other signature and fields disappear on the document.

Expected Behavior

once all fields are filled by the signer, including multiple signature fields and date fields, etc. they should all be shown on the document

Current Behavior

only the first field populates on the completed document whereas the rest of the fields are blank

Steps to reproduce

as the owner, added 2 signature fields, adjusted the size of one of them, then added the date field and edited the date format to dd-MMM-yyyy and made default date to 23-Apr-2026, then self signed the document

Hi arystarry,

I tried to replicate this issue on my end, but I was unable to reproduce it. I tested with different documents that I normally use for testing purposes, and everything is working fine for me.

Could you please try with a different document and check if the issue still exists? Alternatively, if possible, please share a sample document with us. That would be very helpful for further investigation, as the issue may be related to the document format or document type you are using.
