Winery sets not used (and therefore) unnecessary namespaces, e.g., when editing the application description.

I think, this is a JAX-B library issue, when the tool was started being developed. There was no possibility to change the serialization. I wonder whether is this is a real issue, because the XML file is machine-processed anyhow.
