Allow staff to filter for submission between two dates.

@fourthletter What dates are of interest? When the application was submitted, when is what approved/dissmissed? Or some other date?

Create new filter for dates submitted in RESULTS page

  • How many total applications were submitted to their fund/lab?
  • How many were approved/dismissed?
  • How many applications were submitted to IFF or Rapid Response?
  • Requested amounts of money

What dates are of interest?

  • From start date to end date, i.e., September 1 to October 15, 2022 (image below)
  • month-by-month
  • cumulatively, i.e., from January to March or annual
