When a user shares their screen, after a few minutes, the image freezes on the recipients' stream and the video stream is not updated.

Can you describe this more in detail? Do you have kurento logs when this happens?

Can you test against https://demos.openvidu.io

Basic Auth credentials are:

Username: OPENVIDUAPP
Password: MY_SECRET
