Modal window not showing

Hi Martin, After some testing we found the below issue:

Modal dialog is not showing up but the page becomes non responsive. When we do “escape” once again the main page becomes active for editing.

Tested in chrome -Version 46.0
and firefix 42.0

1.Dialog showing up but its default to small size in universal theme.
2. Dialog working fine for the application from previous version in apex 5.

Do you think our issue is because of the theme we are using?

When i inspected the modal dialog, removed the top position in element.style then dialog showed up top of the window. I can see height and width set to auto whereas left and top have some value.
