Card count incorrect in Dynasty section of lists

While compiling a new decklist, I noticed that the Dynasty deck says 40 cards, but if you actually count the cards, it should be 42.
Full list count seems to be correct however. I am assuming the system is just now counting Celestials as Dynasty cards.
