Library: Harmonize our color objects

Proposal

Make a common object for colors between Categorical and Sequential.
It could be helpful as well in the documentation to remove the 2 different selects in the theme configuration.

Motivation and context

Avoid having duplicate code such as LIGHT_SEQUENTIAL_COLORS_BLUE / LIGHT_CATEGORICAL_COLORS_BLUE that exist next to each other. So every color set could be used either on color or visual color map.
