[Typography] Update typography helpers to manage dynamic fonts

... I want to

have a text with dynamic font

... so that I can

see the size text change to be accessible

Motivation and context

Today, the font is fixed. If user change the accessibility, the size of the text does not change.

Remark: All values provided by tokens are defined for the normal level.
