Can you add the old setting option called _DELAY_FLIP_BY_FLIPMETERING

this is from nVidia only Since driver R445.75 "FRL2 mode" setting has been removed at nvidia profile inspector v2.1.3.10 or newer up to 2.3.0.10 have that option i think enable this might like to be a software version filp metering like the nvidia new hardware filp metering at 50 series card

that might be can let the dlss4 4xframe gen running at old card because you can force the 4x fg mode setting on older card
but the the older card dont have hardware filp metering support so enable the software version called_DELAY_FLIP_BY_FLIPMETERING might can let frame pacing correct place to have smooth 4x fg on older card
