The RtD process page is empty.

Dupe of Ouranosinc/pavics-sdi#231 ?

If yes then I think we should just turn back on fail_on_warning: true and deal with all the annoying warnings religiously.

Otherwise there is probably no way to prevent this silent empty process description to come back.
