Bot api user ID?

I'm having issues with getting the bot's user ID.
Having to check if a message was sent by the same bot and having to do something like:

const API_BOT_USER_ID: &str = "1131985206";
if message.chatter.id == API_BOT_USER_ID {
    return;
}

It's super jank.
Something like TwitchEventSubApi::api_user_id() would be neat if possible.
