Bulk data export (Playlists, Settings, etc.)

Description

I would love to have an easier way to automatically keep playlists backed up. Currently with another app I can just sync the playlist folder and we're good to go. But since Auxio seems to use scoped storage or whatever you call that, I can't directly access the m3u files from another app.

I'm hoping for any way to either store playlists in a shared location, or have a way to at least bulk export all playlists, ideally automated somehow, so I can keep playlists backed up without manual effort.

I've been considering some kind of bulk data export for awhile now, mostly for settings, but haven't fully defined it and don't know the scope. Marking this as maybe and seeing if others want it.

I will let you know that once I do #322, all M3U playlists found will likely no longer be copied into a database but rather be backed by the file itself. This should allow your syncing to work, albeit you would still need to manually reload or turn on Content -> Automatic reloading.

@OxygenCobalt Thank you for the awesome app and for the feedback on this request! This won't stop me from using the app but it would be nice to have.

Coming at this from a different angle, would playlists currently be backed up if I use the built in Google Backup for apps and/or SeedVault?
