better README with step by step+references+traces extract…
potentially some pcap in doc/

This is not what a proper README is. It is not sectionned, shell examples are badly formatted.

On top of that, there's little use of having README in subdirectory as people (and GitHub) will read only the one on the top directory.

You'd better have a good one at the top of the file (especially indicating that the samsung_lte_tap is the one to use, showing its advantages) so that people are guided from start. This is basic FLOSS principel
