Style a footer for the site

Create a flashly footer (see: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/footer) at the end of the home page and any subsequent pages that includes a mention of "P2P Hack Club", and some text like:

This site is open source. Improve this page.
