A running animation bug in the cutscenes before the boss fight in the chapters "The Midnight Thunderboy!!" and "The Magnificent 5".

A bug appears in the opening cutscene of Chapter The Magnificent 5. I'm posting a save of this chapter.

Reproduction Steps

Reach the boss fight in the chapter "The Midnight Thunderboy!!" and watch the cutscene.

Expected Behavior

In the chapter "The Midnight Thunderboy!!" After the character jumps off the train onto the ground, he freezes in his landing pose and begins to move forward.
A bug appears in the opening cutscene of Chapter The Magnificent 5.

I have a save of the chapter "The Magnificent 5", there is a bug in the opening cutscene, before the start of the chapter.

Fixed by #12001
Alternatively, we can just change the EE rounding to nearest, negative, or positive to fix it.
