[Feature Request]: Add new default hotkeys

Description

I could see PCSX2 having a few new default hotkeys that could moderately improve the user experience.

I am requesting the following hotkey additions:

• CTRL+M - Toggle Mute
  - CTRL+EQUAL - Increase Volume
  - CTRL+MINUS - Decrease Volume
• CTRL+R - Reset Virtual Machine
• CTRL+W - Shut Down Virtual Machine

Reason

It would benefit the user experience to have these hotkeys already available to use without the need to bind them yourself. The Reset & Shut Down hotkeys are especially helpful when testing PCSX2, they're something I always bind first thing. Having them included as default could save a lot of time in the case of something like regression testing.

Every hotkey suggested already has feedback in the OSD, making it immediately obvious you changed the volume, muted, or triggered a close session request.

All of these hotkeys are also used by Chrome, making them naturally intuitive.

NOTE: These changes would require #14432 being implemented first, as Reset does NOT have a confirmation dialog at the time of this issue request! This is the only suggested hotkey WITHOUT any preventative feedback!

I would argue anything that affects the emulation states (especially destructive ones like Reset & Shutdown) shouldn't have a key bound to it by default, it has risks of user losing their progress through accidental hotkey presses. You never know what some sort of shenanigans that the user might do or encounter.

I do agree with the audio related hotkeys though.

This sounds like a good idea, but unfortunately many hotkey pairings like volume up/down only make sense on some keyboard layouts. The Equal and Minus keys may be adjacent on US/International keyboards, but on other layouts they look like two random keys, and can possibly even be uncomfortable (to type Equal on my Italian keyboard you even need to hold Shift).
So unless that's okay, maybe something more standard like two adjacent letter keys or NumpadPlus and NumpadMinus (though not all keyboards have numpads) should be used for default hotkeys

Agreed, a novel idea but it gets a bit messy once we start looking at international layouts. In scenarios where an application is maybe using raw scancodes to read keyboard input these might make more sense, but in our case we don't, we run our keyboard input through Qt and so we don't necessarily get "+" from an en-US keyboard holding Shift and =, we get "Shift and =".

That said, I have a contrary opinion on the VM controls at least. To me shutting down or resetting the VM is no more dangerous an operation than closing or making a new document in your word processor of choice. If you were to Ctrl + W in Libreoffice on an unsaved document, you would be prompted to save or discard. To me that is no different to how PCSX2 asks you to confirm VM shutdown or reset, and I think that is a reasonably well understood behavior across all softwares - if you hit a hotkey to reset something and possibly lose progress, you'll be prompted, and if you still don't bother to check, then at that point it's on you.
