Post-split versions

For PDL versions >= 2.096 many modules were moved in to the own repos. See:

PDLPorters/pdl#119

Need to have a think about which of these to bring back in to future versions of SciPDL and change the build to do this,

The list I recommended to, and am helping to package for, Debian:

• PDL::GSL
• PDL::Graphics::TriD
• PDL::IO::GD
• PDL::IO::HDF
• PDL::Transform::Proj4

These weren't part of "big PDL", but I believe are useful enough to include:

• PDL::Graphics::Simple
• PDL::Graphics::Gnuplot
• PDL::Graphics::ColorSpace
• PDL::Transform::Color
