conversion compatibility with custom architecture of yolov3-tiny

thank you for your great supports and dedicated work as also found your discussions on the Intel Community Forum very helpful.

I open this issue in order to just ask whether you have ever tried to convert YOLOv3-tiny model with a custom 3 [yolo] layers into IR before? if not do you think the Model Optimizer could convert such variant model?

the custom architecture config file is derived from this repo in the How to Improve Object Detection section
