ppocrv4使用蒸馏训练报错

使用原始的cml配置文件会报错：
修改了以下几处地方，可正常运行
1.PPLCNetNew改成PPLCNetV3
2. 添加一行det: true （两个stu网络都需要加）
3. cal_metric_during_train 由true改为fasle
