Online version of BNR

We host the apps that we developed together with @isomemo . @isomemo has requested that we also make BNR available online.

Therefore, we have added your app to our Shiny Proxy server, where all apps are running, and BNR is now accessible online at https://pandoraapp.earth/app/bnr. The Docker container was integrated without any issues; we only needed to adjust one port.

Feel free to update the app's homepage according to your preferences or to add the link to the online version to your repository.

We would like to link the online app to the landing page https://isomemoapp.com/. Please, let us know if we can do so with the current version or if you would like to update something before we include BNR.

Thanks for letting me know! I've updated the dependencies and developed new functionalities on a fork of this repository, which are yet to be tested. You can release the current version of the app, I'll do a pull request to merge the new features in the coming weeks and update the homepage accordingly.
