Http Public IP not able to connect #1

As the title states, im not able to connect to my komga server.. it works on private ip but not working on the public ip which i have tested and works via browser. might be a code flaw where it doesnt accept non secured http? since only public ip generates this.

although for some reason, on postman it works

after did some digging on the http level via fiddler proxy - private ip, or bogus ip 10.10.10.10:7777 seems to work and http traffic logged, but when i put domain or any public ip it just gives AsyncTimeOutError, there was never a request made
