Issue - Enhancement

From 🔒a CS call @charlesmathias had with WBD:

She felt very strongly about having Search and mass select and delete on the Members page

This is part 2. For the searching ability, see #10185

Acceptance Criteria (optional)

Users can:

  • batch select members and remove them all

Estimated effort: X points (see CONTRIBUTING.md)

IMO this should be available to all Billing Leaders for all orgs, and not limited by tier.

An Enterprise customer🔒 said it would be useful to be able to mass delete users. It's a tedious process to manually remove hundreds of inactive users from an organization.
