Just wanted to share code for zone open warnings on perimeter arming and google speakers

This automation will send warning notifications to Google speakers and change warning depending on doors or pirs.
Not sure if this is correct places to share please move if it is thanks.

Just updated this works perfectly so far .
You can make some small changes and use notify when main alarm Triggered too. Works well live notifications when the alarms going off to indicate what area the burglar is in quite cool lol...

I'll past code for this including notifications and google speaker tts or mp3 at some point, and ill try have certain zones active if for example.
The alarms set for perimeter arm (stay arming) use only the selected alarm zones
or
Use All zones in full arm away mode, notifications only google speakers off. My plan is to make this all one code so for easy users copy n past with minor updating .

Including notifications to speakers and phone for perimeter and second automation just notify phones on full armed alarm.

Looks good, but when I try to save the action I get: Message malformed: template value should be a string for dictionary value @ data['action'][0]['data']

Not sure why.
