Tracking issue for database porting.

Concerns:

When to run?
- Run on startup?
- Runnable as external script?
- Run upon request by command?
Compatibility?
- Currencies are directly related to the database. Do we need to update user configuration? See comment in [Feature] Multiple Currency Support #4.
