4 SPA.py changes

1) Added Boosted Trees and AdaBoost models
2) Revamped some properties of LCEN, including properly calling it LCEN
3) Added the ability to edit more hyperparameters for MLP and RNN models, and added the verbose_level hyperparameter for convenience
4) Removed references to old MATLAB files/code
