Hello! Youtube-dl skips existing files by default, and allows overwriting with a command line switch. (It also supports a log file which keeps track of every file downloaded, so that if you manually delete files, they still won't be re-downloaded, because they're detected in the log file. That is lower priority than skipping existing files)
It would be nice if TCD had this feature, so we could run it multiple times, for example every day, and not redownload every file every time!
