Explore how we can build pRuntime deterministically so that everyone can reproduce the exact same binary as the Phala team's releases.

The SGX SDK has already supported deterministic build, but we are not sure if rust-sgx-sdk supports it as well.

With the docker image built from our dockerfile, two fresh build produce the same enclave.signed.so binary.
