Create scripts that generate frontend templates

Describe the solution you'd like
These scripts will alter the initial setup to use Gleam or JS frontends

Additional context
I think it will be interesting due to some people may want to do the frontend on JS frameworks / Vanilla JS or Gleam.

For Gleam it will use Lustre framework
