Hi,

It's a feature request.

Feature desciption
Double click to open in new tab in toolbar popup

User scenario

I use a touchscreen device and invoking the right-click menu with a long press action doesn't give a great user experience.
A double tap to open in new tab will be convenient
I mostly open search results in new tab so this will be a workaround for [Bug 0.9.1] Toolbar Popup not working well on new tab #156 as well.
