getdefaultservice no data returned

Hi, I'm using to retrieve default service function like this

BlobUtility.exe -k *** -a ** -c ****--getDefaultServiceVersion

It works fine on an old storage and returns version: 2018-03-28. However on a new storage I created, it returns empty, no errors

I think Storage SDK is too old and needs to be updated

I updated to latest Azure Storage SDK, still same so probably the problem is with the storage.
