✅ Validated

VALID bug report. The SubAgentManager component at src/components/ai/SubAgentManager.tsx contains a scrollable div at line 347 with class flex-1 overflow-auto that renders the agent list, but it lacks an aria-label attribute. The video evidence clearly shows the developer tools inspector highlighting this element without an accessible name. This is a legitimate accessibility bug - scrollable regions should have aria-labels for screen reader users. The component is properly exported and integrated into the app via AppCore.tsx. Not a duplicate of #29407 (AgentsManager) as these are distinct components.
