VALID BUG: The GoToSymbolDialog component at src/components/cortex/dialogs/GoToSymbolDialog.tsx (line 161) contains a <div id="symbol-picker-list" role="listbox"> that is missing the required aria-label attribute. The video evidence clearly shows this accessibility issue in the developer tools inspector. The component is fully accessible to users via "Go to Symbol in Editor" command. This is a real accessibility bug that affects screen reader users who cannot determine the purpose of this listbox. NOT a duplicate of #29400, which is about the WorkspaceSymbolPicker component (different dialog with id="workspace-symbol-list").
