Description

In the BreakpointsView panel (Function section), the Add function breakpoint icon button has title, but it has no aria-label. Screen readers announce it as unlabeled button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the BreakpointsView panel.
2. Create or expand a breakpoint function so the add function breakpoint icon button is visible.
3. Inspect the Add function breakpoint icon button.

Expected Behavior

The button should has aria-label="Add function breakpoint".

Actual Behavior

The button has no aria-label.

✅ Validated

VALID bug report. The screenshot/video authentically shows the Cortex IDE Breakpoints panel with the "Add function breakpoint" button being inspected in DevTools, revealing it has a title attribute but lacks an aria-label attribute.

Code Verification:

• File: src/components/debugger/BreakpointsView.tsx (line 1315)
• The IconButton has tooltip="Add function breakpoint" which only sets the HTML title attribute
• File: src/components/ui/IconButton.tsx (line 88) - the component sets title={local.tooltip} but does NOT pass any aria-label to the underlying <button> element

Bug Confirmed: This is a real accessibility bug. While the title attribute provides a tooltip on hover, screen readers rely on aria-label to announce button purpose to visually impaired users. Without aria-label, screen readers announce this as an "unlabeled button", making the IDE inaccessible.

NOT a duplicate of #29480 - that issue is about the "Remove breakpoint" button, while this is about the "Add function breakpoint" button (different UI elements in the same panel).
