Total rewrite

I am currently remaking this script from the ground up.

Major changes will be as follows:

• Multi-file approach, Each section is in its own file for easier "hacking" and customization.
• Settings.json, Settings are now all in one place. (im not using .ENV, i dont like it.)
• Switched from NodeJS to Deno, Prefer It's apis over nodes, they "feel" faster.
• Bot mode will support both slash commands & Message Commands.
• Comments are more detailed & informational.
• Webhook & Bot modes.

Recently i've been very busy with work but i'd say I'm around 50% completed. Currently I'm working on redoing the following:

• Embed messages (they now have images)
• data payload handler
• debug logging
• console logging

After these things are finished it could be ready for release
