I am trying to use the spatial calibration feature of fCal but I am having trouble setting the Region of Interest to encompass the entire image (or at least the region I need).
I can successfully crop the image I need for the capture using the ClipRectangleOrigin and ClipRectangleSize fields in the data source field of my Device (the BK3500). This results in the following image in the Capture window:
However, when I use the Segmentation Parameter Settings GUI I am unable to move the Region of Interest into the location necessary to capture all of the wire points (see image below) even though I use the same ClipRectangleOrigin and ClipRectangleSize parameters as I did the Device. I have also tried many combinations of X and Y in the Segmentation Parameter Settings but I cannot move the ROI further along the X axis than what is shown in the picture below. It seems like there is some maximum value that I can set for the coordinate of the ROI.
QUESTION:
Is there a solution to setting the ROI to cover the entire image? Would it help if I somehow transform my clipped image to be located at the coordinate (MF) origin? Do you have any suggestions on how to modify the ROI accordingly?

I am using a 14L3 Beckhoff US probe with a BK3500 machine and a Polaris Spectra and have attached my config file.
