PlusApp - Volume Recon only

Hi, I wanted to run an example of only the volume reconstruction only from your test data, but I must be doing something wrong.
I downloaded the PlusLibData files. In the configuration pane, I've selected the config and image directories and then press connect.

Then I'm going to the Volume pane and selecting PlusDeviceSet_VolumeReconstructionOnly_SpinePhantom_NN_MAXI.xml and the input image file sequence SpinePhantomFreehand3FramesFloat.igs.mha. However, I'm getting the error "fCal configuration element does not contain both ImageCoordinateFra,e and ProbeCoordinateFrameAttributes" I'm not sure why as that file seems to have two transforms in the config.

What am i doing wrong?

I also do have streams of image data and localization data coming in separately in this other existing program (with registration matrices already predetermined) and I wanted to use the vtkPlusPasteSliceIntoVolume function directly so I don't have to use the config files from the PlusLib. However when I look at this page http://perk-software.cs.queensu.ca/plus/doc/nightly/dev/classvtkPlusVolumeReconstructor.html#details, there doesn't seem to be a link or description of the function of vtkPasteSliceINtoVolume. Am I able to just utilize that class itself?
