Feature request: Option to position dropdown to the side

It would be useful to have a built-in option for positioning the dropdown menu to the side of the trigger element, instead of below it. It's currently possible to work around this using the horizontal offset, but the positioning is somewhat inconsistent depending on the width of the window.

The "Upload" and "Select image" menu is the dropdown-content that opens to the right of the "Replace image" dropdown-trigger.

can't you just set <paper-menu-button no-overlap horizontal-align=right vertical-align=top> or something?
