DB 스키마 마이그레이션을 적용할 필요가 있음.
ORM에게 모든 것을 맡기고 있기 때문에 개발단계에서 데이터 손실 없이 이전 DB 스키마로 되돌릴 수 없다. 이 때문에 변경이 큰 경우 개발이 어려워진다.

http://alembic.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ 을 사용하는 것이 좋아보인다.
