Yuzuki currently has admin page that approve new user (/admin/approve)

She need further admin features listed bellow

/admin will contain links to each admin page
Board management page(/admin/board)
1. Enable
2. Disable
User-Group management page(/admin/usergroup)
1. Add a Group
2. Remove a Group
3. Add an User to a Group
4. Remove an User from a Group
User Management(/admin/user)
1. Block an User
2. Terminate; Remove from anybody Group
3. Make an user admin
4. Remove admin permission from an user
